it guarantees the execution of expenses verdicts( as Alimony) and other verdicts issued by Sharia Courts in cases of personal status which can't be executed in order to take care of those who have the right, such as wives, divorced women, children, underage , incompetents , mothers and fathers unable to get the livelihood.
